Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (may vary depending on location).
Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take longer.
You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping may be offered on certain orders or promotions.
Otherwise, shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions).
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout.
If the delivery fails after multiple attempts or due to incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it from the delivery partner.
If accepted, kindly record a video of the unboxing and contact us within 24 hours with proof.
